Artist's Comments

Some commissioned work for the upcoming Topia card game. I can finally release this, although it was done a few months ago.

This is a princess of one of the locales in the game, named Heart Island. Hence my title. :P She's a warrior princess, but you could tell that by the impractical gear and total cliche! Very different from the usual stuff from me! *cough* *hides*

And by the way, her feet are hidden by the rock at this perspective, and she has poofy boots. :aww:

Painter 9, about 24 hours.

That is so awesome! She reminds me of Xena a little bit, I dont know why...

I love the clouds! Just by looking at them I can sort of theorize how you did them. The clarity of your images is always astonishing.

Its one truly, beautiful sword maiden piece..

Beautiful  I think the word ';princess' conveys a level of protection that armor never can, when it comes to fantasy :giggle:
