This was just another exercise in reference and grid painting. I reffed this image here.
No, this painting doesn't make any sense. Nothing fantastic and I'm not entirely happy with the hand, but it only took five or six hours, although I forgot about it for a month while other work took precedence so I'm probably fudging the numbers there.
I really need to refine my painting methods, they're so crazy.

As for my 'method' comment, you're seeing the end result, but I think the inbetween is about the most schizophrenic way I've ever painted. I just need to cut the 'fat' so to speak.
